All GPS Band High Gain High Power Directional Linear Polarized Antenna
DESIGN FEATURES: The AP-1117-22 high gain all GPS bands sectional grid parabolic antenna consists of a section of grid parabolic reflector having 22dBi directional gain highly suitable for receiving, transmitting, scanning, monitoring, surveillance and jamming applications for GPS L1, GPS L2, GPS L3, GPS L4, GPS L5, GPS L6, IRIDIUM, GLONASS, and INMARSAT bands without having the requirement of multiple antennas. The antenna covers full 1100-1700 MHz frequency band, operates in linear polarization, and requires one operator only for installation. The antenna features a rare combination of high gain low side lobes and a rugged construction. AP-1117-22 is perfect for use in crowded electromagnetic spectrums which avoid interference from co-sited antenna. The mounting arrangement of grid antenna permits to change the polarization from horizontal to vertical and vice-versa by mounting hardware fitted at rear end of the antenna. Vertical and horizontal beamwidth of antenna depends on the polarization.
CONSTRUCTIONS: The AP-1117-22 grid parabolic antenna operates in 1100-1700 MHz. frequency band and can be installed at vertical erected mast. The parabolic reflector is illuminated by a primary feed horn which is fitted to the center of assembly with quick fastener system. Radiating elements and the dipole feed are made of high-quality brass machines with CNC machines. All the screws, nuts and bolts of parabolic antenna are of stainless steel. The antenna is supplied with desert tan color. The complete antenna is supplied with anti-corrosive powder coating finish, and the dipole feed is completely sealed inside fiberglass housing in order to protect the antenna from severe environmental conditions. Complete antenna is 100% in compliance with IP66 rating.
GPS Band High Gain High Power Directional Circular Polarized Antenna
DESIGN FEATURES: The AHQ-1417-21 quad stacked helical antenna uses extended stubs to provide greater gain while maintaining the wider beam-width and designed to provide wideband directional transmission/reception of radio signals from 1400-1700 MHz bands with 21dBi directional gain. This military grade antenna provides superior performance as compared to significantly larger and more expensive products. Our AH series helical antennas are smaller than conventional yagi antenna. The AHQ-1417-21 Quad Stacked Helical Antenna is supplied with a specially designed mounting arrangement to hold the antenna at back end by using stainless steel mounting brackets to withstand the higher wind rating. The AH-1417-21 helical antenna is supplied with a specially designed mounting arrangement for steering the antenna in both planes, 360 degrees in Azimuth and 90 degrees in Elevation for terrestrial and satellite link. Both LHCP and RHCP models are available. The part number for LHCP version is AHQ-1417-21-LHCP and AHQ-1417-21-RHCP is for RHCP version.
CONSTRUCTIONS: The AHQ-1417-21, like all our AH series helical antennas, utilizes right hand circular polarization to minimize the effects of multipath interference. The AHQ-1417-21 Helical Antenna is heavy duty, broadband and rugged helical antennas, supplied with fiberglass radome to protect the antenna from environment. The radiating element of high power helical antenna is made of high quality high strength enameled coated copper wire and winding is secure alongside wall of fiber glass enclosure/hosing/radome to keep the helical winding/radiating element to its appropriate location to prevent RF inter-modulation. The antenna is designed as per MIL-STD-810G standards.Quad Stacked Helical Antenna is supplied with power splitter/combiner, phasing harness cables, stacking pipe and mounting hardware to mount the dual stacked helical antenna on tower/mast.
RADOME: The circular polarized helical antenna is completely protected within a high-tech ruggedized radome which is made of high strength fiber glass encosure to ensure survivability in the worst environments conditions. The heavy duty fiber glass enclosure has excellent transparency for RF signals and enough strength to withstand more than specified wind loads. Cylindrical enclosure is used for low wind loading and for minimal effect of ice formation on the high powerbroad band antenna operation as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The antenna is supplied with olive green MIL color finish. Other customized housing/radomecolor can also be supplied on request.
STACKING: If the Quad stacked helical antenna installed in square configuration (consider one antenna installed at each corner of a square), typical 14 degrees horizontal and 14 degrees vertical beam-width can be obtained. Alternatively, we stacked all 4 antennas vertically (one above the other), we can obtain typical 28 degrees horizontal beamwidth and 7 degrees vertical beamwidth. Similarly, if we stacke all 4 antenna horizontally (side by side), we can obtain typical 7 degrees horizontal beamwidth and 28 degrees vertical beamwidth.
