Antenna Experts proudly offers the highly durable TTM Series Aluminium Tiltable Tubular Masts, expertly engineered for a wide range of surface weather and climatological applications. Designed to withstand severe environmental conditions, our tubular masts boast a working life of over 10 years and are available in three highly visible finishes: standard white, military color, and aviation-compliant orange/white.
Our TTM series masts are supplied with unique threaded or flange joint mechanism to join the two sections of mast together. Mast is supplied with lifting rod/tube along with the hand operated manual winch. Paired with its 215 Km/Hr wind resistance and 10+ year working life, it is a highly reliable solution for climatological applications.

Constructed with high-quality alloys and precision MIG-TIG welding techniques, the TTM series guarantees exceptional structural integrity. Each mast utilizes a secure threaded or flange joint mechanism to seamlessly assemble the sections to your specified height. To ensure maximum stability during severe weather, the mast is supported by a robust 3-wire guy system made from high-strength, 304-grade stainless steel. This design allows the mast to easily withstand extreme wind pressures of up to 215 Km/Hr.
Cost-Effective Maintenance with Manual Winch Operation
One of the most significant advantages of our Aluminium Tiltable Tubular Masts is the drastically reduced maintenance cost for automatic weather stations. A single maintenance technician can effortlessly tilt-up or tilt-down the entire mast using the included galvanized manual hand-operated winch and lifting rod. Crucially, the sensors and equipment installed on the upper mast assembly do not need to be removed during standard maintenance tasks, saving valuable time and labor.

Versatile Installation for Any Terrain
Every mast is supplied in durable, air-worthy cardboard boxes complete with standard accessories, including the base plate, guy plates, guy wires, and a hand winch. Because installation environments vary, we offer two specialized mounting solutions:
- Concrete & Rooftop Installations: We recommend our heavy-duty anchor fasteners for securing the base plate firmly to solid building roofs or concrete pads.
- Soil & Ground Installations: For soft or hard soil surfaces, our specialized spike anchors effectively replace standard fasteners to ensure a deeply rooted, stable foundation.
Antenna Experts offer its TTM series tiltable tubular aluminum alloy masts for All Weather Station (AWS) application. TTM series aluminum tiltable tubular mast is made of 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural anodized aluminum alloy and is supplied with powder coating finish to protect it further from severe environmental conditions.
Our Aluminium Tiltable Tubular Masts, are suitable for a wide range of surface weather and climatological applications. The masts are available in three colors, white, military color and orange/white for aviation purposes. One maintenance person can effortlessly tilt-up or tilt-down the mast with the help of manual/hand operated winch. The sensors and other equipment installed on the upper mast assembly do not need to remove when performing maintenance tasks. This significantly reduces the automatic weather station maintenance costs.
TTM series titable aluminum tubular mast is suitable to mount all weather sensors like wind sensors, air temperature sensors, relative humidity probe, pyranometer, snow depth sensors, rain gauge, GSM/GPRS antenna, mechanical wind sensors, solar panel, aviation light, lightening rod, anemometer, wind vane etc. Mounting brackets and support arm for all the above listed items can be supplied on request but as an optional accessory.
The mast uses one set of 3 wire guys to withstand the 215 Km/Hr. strong wind pressure. The guy wire is made of high strength, high quality, 304 grade stainless steel for long durability of tiltable aluminum tubular mast. All these features make this tubular mast suitable for working life of more than 10 years. Standard accessories like lifting rod, winch, guy wire, guy plates, base plate, base plate foundation bolts, guy anchors are supplied with the mast. All the components are packed in durable air worthy cardboard boxes.

Note #2: The spike anchors are recommended where the Aluminium Tiltable Tubular Masts is required to install on the soft or hard soil surfaces. These spike anchors will replace the anchor fasteners.
