Standard Products:
Antenna Experts (AE) warrants it's "Standard Products" to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, for a period of (2) two years from the date of shipment from AE. AE shall not be responsible for any dismantling and\or reinstallation charges.

Defence Products:
Antenna Experts (AE) warrants it's "Defense Products" to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, for a period of (1) one year from the date of shipment from AE. AE shall not be responsible for any dismantling and\or reinstallation charges.

Inspection:
Consignments containing antennas must be inspected immediately on arrival of goods and any damage, discrepancy, structural defect or deformity must be notified to Antenna Experts within a week.

Replacement:
Within the warranty period mentioned above for standard and defense products from the date of shipment the defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced free of cost. The product must be properly packed and returned to AE by the customer at his or her sole expense. AE will pay return freight of its choice. A returned product must be accompanied by a written description of the defect(s) and a photocopy of the original purchase receipt. This receipt must clearly list model and serial number, the date of purchase, the name and address of the purchaser (if available). AE reserves the right to modify the design of any product without obligation to purchaser(s) of previously manufactured product and to change the specifications of any product without notice or obligation to any person.

Warranty Limitations:
This limited warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations. The limited warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been abused, damaged by accident or neglect or in being mis-carefully transported or stored, or the defect is due to the product being repaired or tampered with by anyone other than AE. AE will not be in-charge of any Force Majeure damage, Cosmetic damage, damage due to lightning or electrical surges, fire, flood or other acts of Nature, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, direct or indirect, caused to equipment or human.

Consequential damages:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AE be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, special incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the product manufactured by AE.
